How to delete a Poshmark account

If you’ve recently sold items on Poshmark, make sure to redeem any outstanding sale balances before deleting your account. So, Poshmark claims that if there are any pending transactions or redeemable balances, it will be unable to process the deletion. Any listings you have on your account will be deleted as well, as will any saved items from other closets.

How to Deactivate Your Poshmark Account Using the App

1. Open the Poshmark app (available for Android and iOS).
2. Once opened, go to the bottom right corner and select the Account tab.
3. Select Poshmark Support Center from the drop-down menu.
4. Next, choose “Account Status can be managed.
5. Click on “Delete My Account.”
6. A pop-up window may appear, asking for a verification code to be sent to your email address or phone number. Enter it, then click “Submit.”
7. Select the reason for deleting your account from the dropdown menu.
8. Next, choose “Remove My Account.
9. In the pop-up window, click “Yes.”

Your account will be deactivated.

How to delete your Poshmark account using a computer

1. Open your favourite web browser and navigate to Delete User page.
2. If prompted, sign in.
3. Select a reason for deleting your account from the dropdown menu, and then click “Delete My Account.”
4. Click “Yes” in the pop-up window.
   Finally, click “Logout.” Your account has been terminated.
